Terms and conditions for using this service:

• Residential customers only (including condominiums)
• Assessment of problem trees (diagnosis, analysis and recommendations) in the customer’s presence
• Approximately 1 hour long
• A (simplified) assessment report given to the customer, signed by a professional
• Photos of problems identified also given to the customer
• Upon request, a list of recommended local arborists provided to the customer
• Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment.
